The Minority Student and Trainee Luncheon is presented to invited undergraduate
students participating in the Minority Access Program and from universities and
colleges in the San Diego
area. The activity is organized and sponsored by the Minority Affairs Committee
(MAC). Minority graduate students
attending ENDO 201 are also invited to the luncheon that presents trainees with
an introduction and overview of ENDO and an in-depth endocrine presentation by
one of the committee members or an invited speaker. MAC
members play an advisory role by making the trainees aware of the topics and
programs being presented at ENDO and helping them prioritize which events to
attend.
