Members without email
A postcard was mailed via first class mail on January 4, 2012 to the members with voting privileges who do not have an email address registered with The Endocrine Society. The postcard provides the link to the electronic ballot and the personal information that will allow the member to log into the Web site to cast his/her vote.
Note:
The Endocrine Society’s Nominating Committee is in charge of coordinating the Society’s election process with an outside vendor. One of the steps involved in this process is to provide the election vendor with a current list of the Society’s members who are eligible to vote. The date established by the Nominating Committee to send the list to the election vendor is 4 weeks prior to the election launch date. Anyone who joins the Society or upgrades his/her status to active member after that date will not receive a ballot for that year’s election. Members who joined or upgraded their status after December 5, 2011 will not receive a ballot for the 2012 Election.
If you have general questions about the election, contact Elizabeth Kan at the Society's Executive Office by phone at 301-941-0206 or by e-mail at ekan@endo-society.org
Thank you!
