Classified Position Notices

The Endocrine Society offers three highly effective options for ensuring your job opening receives the best possible exposure:

News Magazine
Endocrine News is published monthly with a circulation of 27000 which includes all subscribers to the Endocrine Society journals; all Endocrine Society members; fellows and doctoral students who do not subscribe to a journal; our meeting attendees; and other members of the Endocrine Community.  You may obtain a cost estimate and publication date for your ad by e-mailing placement@endo-society.org. 

To submit either a line or display ad, click the appropriate button below. Call 1-800-361-3906 if you have questions. Advertising in Endocrine News includes posting your ad to the Employment Opportunities Database on our web site a month before it appears in print for a minimum of sixty days. In addition, a link to your ad will appear in the Endocrine Society's monthly e-newsletters. Advertisers who submit an ad to run in both Endocrine News and one of our journals receive a 10% discount on the total price.

Web Site Advertising
Advertising your position on the Endocrine Society's web site means it will be viewed worldwide by thousands of prospective candidates. To submit your job opening, click the appropriate button below. Once your submission has been processed, usually within 24 hours, your job opening will be posted to the Employment Opportunities Database on our web site for 90 days. In addition, a link to your web ad will appear in the Endocrine Society's monthly e-newsletters. Rates are available on our rate card (click link below).  

For Endocrine Society Members Only--A Special Discount: A low cost advertising option is available to Endocrine Society members who wish to advertise in the Employment Opportunities Database on the Society's web site. The cost to list your job opening is $165 for a maximum of 100 words. Your ad will remain on the web site for sixty days. In addition, a link to your web ad will appear in the Endocrine Society's monthly e-newsletters. You will be able to preview your ad copy before submitting it. Once submitted, your ad will be processed--usually within 24 hours--and posted to our web site.

Journal Advertising
The Endocrine Society publishes three monthly journals that carry classified advertising.  Advertising your job opening in one or more of our journals includes posting your ad to the Employment Opportunities Database on our web site a month before it appears in print for a minimum of sixty days. In addition, a link to your ad will appear in the Endocrine Society's monthly e-newsletters. For a multiple-issue insertion your ad will remain on our web site through the end of the last month. 

For display ads, only the text (no graphics) will appear on our web site. To submit either a line or display ad, click the appropriate button below. Advertisers who submit an ad to run in both a journal and Endocrine News receive a 10% discount on the total price.
