If your membership in The Endocrine Society has lapsed, you can reinstate your membership by completing one of the forms below.

No Changes to Your Membership Category

1. If you have no changes with regard to your Membership Category (Active Member, Fellow/Student Associate, Research Associate, Healthcare Associate, Affiliate Associate), please print and complete the Membership Reinstatement form.
2. If you reside in a World Bank designated developing country and you have no changes with regard to your Membership Category (Active Member, Fellow/Student Associate, Research Associate, Healthcare Associate, Affiliate Associate), please print and complete the Membership Reinstatement for Developing Countries form.

You Have Completed Your Training

1. If you were a Doctoral-level Trainee Member or Fellow/Student Associate of The Endocrine Society in the past and you have completed your training, please print and complete the Membership Upgrade/Lapsed Application form.
2. If you reside in a World Bank designated developing country and you were a Fellow/Student Associate of The Endocrine Society in the past and you have completed your training, please print and complete the Membership Upgrade/Lapsed Application form for Developing Countries.

Please include a copy of your updated Curriculum Vitae (or proof of board certification or fellowship completion in endocrinology, if appropriate) in order for the Membership Committee to consider your application.
