The Society welcomes organizations that would like to host an activity in conjunction with ENDO, however, our focus on quality continuing medical education for our members will continue to be our first priority. In order to give priority scheduling to our CMES ancillary symposia programs, as well as to manage competing activities, we have created these Guidelines for each type of activity.
The Society requires that all activities taking place in conjunction with ENDO be coordinated through our offices. This will ensure that the Society is aware of all activities taking place during ENDO, so that we can assist our members in planning their agenda or finding a specific activity.
We courteously ask that outside organizations respect the education of our meeting by coordinating all outside activities through the Society. The Society will be as flexible as possible in working with you to schedule your activity in a timely manner. However, not adhering to these guidelines may result in a loss of exhibitor priority points.
For all activities, the organizer of the event or meeting will take full responsibility for the event or meeting and hold harmless The Endocrine Society, its officers, agents, and employees from any and all liability associated with the activity.
Use our Meeting Space Request form to register an event.
