Where can I find registration and housing forms?

Forms will be available online beginning of November.

Can I register for only a workshop or session, and not the entire ENDO meeting?

No. If you register for a workshop, you must register for the full conference or a one-day registration package. If the workshop you wish to register for is on Friday, choose the Saturday one-day registration package.

When can I get a confirmation number from the hotel?

Confirmation numbers from the hotels will be available 10-14 days prior to the start of the meeting.

How do I cancel my hotel reservation?

Is there a cancellation fee for hotel/registration?

Cancellation fees apply to both registration and housing reservations. Visit registration and housing pages for cancellation policies.

Does The Endocrine Society offer discounts to government employees?

No.

I recently applied or reinstated my membership, and the website doesn’t recognize my membership type. How can I register?

Recent members can register by submitting a printed registration form (see the Registration page for forms) by mail or fax. New members must wait for their applications to be processed and accepted before registering for the meeting at the member rate.

Where can I find my member ID number?

Go to our Password Hint page to have your member ID number emailed to you. If your email has changed or you have other concerns regarding your Endocrine Society membership, please contact Society Services at 888.363.6762 (toll free), 301.941.0210, or societyservices@endo-society.org.
