CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS

Cancellations must be made in writing by MAY 11, 2011. Cancellations made by this date will receive a full refund, minus a $50 processing fee. Cancellations made May 12-June 3 will receive a 50% refund of registration. No refunds will be issued after June 3, 2011. Request for changing Premium Package will not be honored after MAY 11, 2011. No refunds will be issued for cancellations received after this date or for no-shows. All refunds will be processed after ENDO, minus a $50 USD administrative fee.
