Housing for ENDO 2011 is now closed!

From May 12th through May 16th, we are transfering the reservations to the hotels. During this transfer time, please do not contact the hotels, nor Experient. Please contact the hotels directly beginning May 17th for any hotel reservations needs. The hotels contact numbers are as follows:

Important notice regarding shuttle service at ENDO 2011

There will be “limited” shuttle service at ENDO 2011. See hotel map and description for list of hotels on shuttle route. The shuttle service is COMPLIMENTARY for attendees who reserve their room through ENDO’s official housing company, Experient. They will receive one shuttle pass per adult registered in each room (kids under 16 years don’t require shuttle pass), upon check-in at their hotel, enabling them to ride the ENDO shuttle at no additional cost. Rooms reserved outside the official ENDO block and not booked via ENDO's housing company - Experient, will be required to purchase a $50 shuttle pass per person to ride the shuttle. Shuttle passes will be available for purchase in advance through the registration site/form or onsite at the meeting. The pass is valid for the duration of the meeting.

Regular Attendee Changes/Cancellation Policy

A $50 fee will be charged for any hotel cancelled after booking. Housing forms without a credit card guarantee and a Meeting Registration will not be processed. Cancellations received within 72 hours of check-in will be charged one night room and tax by the hotel. Housing forms must be received by the Housing Bureau by MAY 11, 2011. All changes and cancellations up to MAY 11, 2011, must be referred in writing or email to the Housing Bureau. Any changes after MAY 11, 2011, must be made directly with the hotel starting May 17, 2011. You will receive a confirmation within 7 days of completing your housing reservations. Conference rates and availability cannot be guaranteed past the deadline date of MAY 11, 2011.

Group Cancellation Policy

Any reduction or cancellation of rooms made after April 15, 2011 will be charged a cancellation fee of $300 per room. By April 15, 2011, all reservations must have individual names attached to each room. After 5pm ET April 15, 2011, any rooms without names will be released back to the housing bureau and group will be charged a cancellation fee of $300 per room. All requests for reductions or cancellations must be made in writing and submitted by mail or fax.
