other Methods of Housing Registration

You must be registered for ENDO 2010 to obtain housing. If not registering online, complete a Housing Request Form (PDF) and return with credit card information or full payment to ENDO Registrar by May 25, 2010 using one of the following methods:

Reservations will not be accepted by telephone. Housing Request Forms without a credit card guarantee will not be processed. Conference rates cannot be guaranteed past the deadline date of May 25, 2010.  

If you wish to extend your stay beyond ENDO, we will attempt to secure a room for you at your choice of hotel; however, room occupancy and conference rates may not be available.

Group Housing Reservations

The Group & Exhibitor Housing Request Form (PDF) and signed Group & Exhibitor Housing Agreement (PDF) must be received by the Housing Bureau prior to April 30, 2010.

Changes/Cancellations

All cancellations will be charged a fee of $50 USD (Groups/Exhibitors see Group/Exhibitor Housing Agreement for cancellation penalty). Cancellations received within 72 hours of check-in will be charged one night’s room and tax by the hotel. All changes and cancellations prior up to May 25, 2010 must be referred in writing to the Housing Bureau. Any changes after May 25, 2010 must be made directly with the hotel starting June 2, 2010.
