Registration Information

ONLINE REGISTRATION is closed.If you are not already registered, you must register on-site. The ENDO 2007 Registrar will be closed for scheduled maintenance and upgrade beginning Saturday, May 19 at 8:00 a.m. EST until Monday, May 21 at 5:00 p.m. EST. Methods of Registration

Early Registration: Register early and save 20%. In addition, you will receive the ENDO 07 abstracts on CD-ROM (Abstracts2View TM) prior to the meeting. Use any of the following registration methods by April 7 to take advantage of this offer:

Payment: A completed Registration Form, along with full payment, your credit card number, or check must accompany your registration in order to be processed. Registrations without full payment will not be processed. If you are faxing your reservation, do not mail, as you may be double charged. To confirm your faxed registration was received, email ENDO@Laser-Registration.com.

Registration Categories

	MEMBER	NON MEMBER
Professional	An Active Member, Affiliate Associate, Healthcare Associate or Research Associate of The Endocrine Society who has paid 2007 membership dues.	Anyone who is not a member of The Endocrine Society and is not applying for membership.
In-Training	A Fellow/Student Associate of The Endocrine Society who has paid 2007 membership dues.	Anyone who is currently a fellow or student, is not a member of The Endocrine Society, and is not applying for membership.
Emeritus Member	An Emeritus Member of The Endocrine Society.	n/a
ENS Nurse	A member in good standing of The Endocrine Nurses Society.	A nurse who is neither a member of The Endocrine Nurses Society nor The Endocrine Society.
One Day Only	Anyone from the categories listed above who will attend only one day of the meeting. Separate one-day registrations will not be accepted for multiple days. OTHER
Guest/Spouse	A non-scientific family member/guest of the registrant. Guest registration provides admission to the guest breakfast, exhibits, poster sessions and closing reception. Guest name must be included on the registration form. Guests cannot attend sessions and are not eligible for credits. Children under age 16 may not enter the Exhibit Hall.
Complimentary	Those contacted and identified as “complimentary” by The Endocrine Society.

Discounted Registration Rates

Become A Member and Save

Endocrine Society members save up to 60% on ENDO registration. If you would like to become a member and receive the discounted registration rates, be sure to do so before registering for ENDO 07. To apply for or reinstate your membership, visit www.endo-society.org/Join/.

*The 60% savings applies to members who register for ENDO by the early registration deadline (April 7).

Student/Fellow Member Discount

Register two in-training members and get the third registration free (maximum of 4 free registrants). Use the Student/Fellow Group Registration Form Adobe Acrobat document . To receive this discount, you will need to:

Register group by May 11
Book hotel accommodations through The Endocrine Society's Housing Block
Everyone in group must be from the same organization, department, and city
Provide group registration payment in one transaction

Early Registration Discount

Register early for ENDO 07 and save 20% on your registration. To receive this discount, you will need to register for ENDO prior to April 7.

Registration Instructions - Members of The Endocrine Society

Member ID - You will be required to provide your six-digit Member ID number on the first page of the online registration form. If you enter a Member ID number other than your own, your registration will be delayed. You may obtain your Member ID number from:

Member Category - Select the registration category that corresponds to your member type. Should your registration category not match your member type on record with The Endocrine Society, you will be prompted to review your registration category selection.

New Members or Newly Reinstated Members - If you applied for membership or reinstated your membership in the past two weeks, mark the box "I have recently applied for membership or reinstated my membership in The Endocrine Society". Proceed by choosing a member registration category without entering a Member ID number, and your registration will be reviewed by the Society to verify your membership status.
