With many hotels close to the convention center and a great San Diego transportation system, ENDO is eliminating shuttle bus service. Those registered after April 8, 2010 will not be mailed their badge material. If you register before April 8 but do not receive your badge in the mail, you may pick it up on site at registration. Please note, badges are mailed to US attendees only. All international attendees must pick up their badges on site at registration.

PAYMENT   

A completed Registration Form, along with full payment, your credit card number (American Express, VISA, and MasterCard gladly accepted), or check, must accompany your registration in order to be processed. Registrations without full payment will not be processed. If you are faxing your registration, do not mail or you may be double charged.

LETTER OF INVITATION

If you require a Letter of Invitation to participate in ENDO 2010, check the appropriate box on the Registration Form and one will be forwarded to you with your confirmation letter.  Pre-registration is required.

CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS

Requests for refunds must be received in writing by June 8, 2010. No refunds will be issued for cancellations received after this date or for no-shows. Requests for changing from the Premium Package will not be honored after June 8, 2010. All refunds will be processed after ENDO, minus a $50 USD administrative fee. Send requests for refunds to:
