Early Registration: Register by April 21 and save up to 30%. In addition, you will receive the ENDO 08 abstracts on CD-ROM (Abstracts2View™) prior to the meeting.

Payment: A completed Registration Form, along with full payment, your credit card number, or check must accompany your registration in order to be processed. Registrations without full payment will not be processed. If you are faxing your reservation, do not mail, as you may be double charged.
