ENDO 08 Housing Block

Book your hotel reservation through the ENDO 08 Housing Block and reap the benefits. You will receive the best rates, free shuttle service to/from convention center and optimal networking opportunities due to the high concentration of attendees staying within the block.

When you book at the Headquarters Hotel you will benefit even more because it is not only within walking distance to the convention center, but also is convenient for attending CMES Ancillary Symposia, which are located within this hotel.

Methods of Housing Registration

You must be registered for ENDO 2008 to obtain housing.

Complete a Housing Request Form and return with credit card information or full payment to ENDO 2008 Registrar up to May 19 using one of the following methods:

Reservations will not be accepted by telephone. Housing Request Forms without a credit card guarantee will not be processed. Conference rates cannot be guaranteed past the deadline date of May 19, 2008.

If you wish to extend your stay beyond the Annual Meeting, we will attempt to secure a room for you at your choice of hotel; however, room occupancy and conference rates may not be available.

Reservation Confirmation

• You will receive a email, fax or letter confirming your accommodation within 15 days of receipts of complete reservations.
• Confirmations will not be given over the telephone.
• If you have submitted a Housing Request Form and have registered for ENDO 2008, but have not received a confirmation within 15 days, contact the Housing Bureau at ENDO@Laser-Registration.com

Please do not call your hotel until after May 26, 2008 as processing your reservations from the Housing Bureau into the Hotel System will take a few days. Rest assured that if you have received a confirmation number from the Housing Bureau, the hotel will honor your booking.

Changes/Cancellations

All cancellations will be charged a fee of $50 USD. Cancellations received within 72 hours of check-in will be charged one night’s room and tax.

All changes and cancellations prior up to May 26, 2008 must be referred in writing to the Housing Bureau.

Any changes after May 26, 2008 must be made directly with the hotel.

Group Housing Reservations

The Group Housing Request Form, deposit payment and signed Group Housing Agreement must be received by the Housing Bureau prior to April 21, 2008.
