The Endocrine Society’s Mentor Exchange offers an online community for endocrinologists of all experience levels to mentor students, fellows in training and other members, as well as to provide a variety of perspectives on the diverse opportunities an endocrinology career affords — be it in basic research, clinical research or clinical practice. As mentors, Society members are encouraged to share expertise, insight and experiences from their life’s work to help other members chart their own career path or be more effective in their current one. As mentees, Society members can seek career guidance and new perspectives by reaching out to the best guides we know – active member colleagues – ready and eager to help every future and present endocrinologist who shares their professional passion. |
