Awarded to outstanding abstracts submitted by women in honor of Mara E. Lieberman.  These travel grants, supported by the Mara E. Lieberman Memorial Fund, will support their travel to ENDO 2012, the Society's Annual Meeting & Expo. This year's ENDO will be held in Houston, Texas.

Criteria:

Preference will be given to members of The Endocrine Society.  Fellows must meet the following criteria at the time of application:

• Applicants must be a graduate student, in-training post-doctoral fellow (1st-4th year of fellowship), or new faculty (1st-2nd year of appointment). 
• Winners must be both the first and presenting author on the abstract. 

Travel grant recipients from the previous year are ineligible. 

How to Apply:

To apply for this travel award, you must complete the awards section of the abstract submission site prior to submitting it for review.  To begin the abstract submission process, visit the ENDO 2012 Abstract Site as early as November 1, 2011. The last day to submit an abstract and to apply for this award is February 6, 2012.
