The Endocrine Society will provide awards to clinical fellows to attend ENDO 2012, the Society's Annual Meeting & Expo. These awards are provided to clinical endocrine fellows who submit outstanding abstracts. The six fellows selected as finalists will participate in an oral presentation at ENDO. The mentor of the winning presentation will receive a Mentor Award. The Clinical Research Fellowship & Mentor Award is supported by Pfizer, Inc. This year's ENDO will be held in Houston, Texas.  

Criteria:

Preference will be given to clinical endocrine fellows whose area of interest is Women's Health (including reproductive health, menopause and osteoporosis, and endometriosis).  Fellows must meet the following criteria at the time of application:

• Must have an M.D. degree (or equivalent clinical care certification).
• Must be the first and presenting author on the abstract.
• Must be actively enrolled in an established U.S. or Canadian endocrine science training program.
• Must be conducting research as a major investigator representing work not supported by the company.
  

Current full or part-time faculty members are ineligible.

How to Apply:

To apply for this award, you must submit your abstract(s) to the ENDO 2012 Abstract Site and complete the Award Interest Form.  The last day to submit an abstract and to apply for this award is February 6, 2012 10 AM CT.
