The Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) has established a new helpline for physicians and other medical professionals participating in the Physician Quality Reporting Initiative (PQRI) program. This helpline is available to answer questions regarding participation in the program, physician feedback reports, and bonus payments. The PQRI was established in 2007 as a voluntary quality measure reporting program. The program currently includes 153 reportable measures and up to a two percent bonus to medical professionals participating in the program.

The new PQRI helpline will be open from 7 am to 7 pm Central Time. Participants wishing to use this service can call 866-288-8912. For additional information on the helpline and the PQRI program, click here.
