The Center for Scientific Review (CSR) has released the May 2010 issue of Peer Review Notes, a publication designed to provide information to grantees and prospective grantees of the National Institutes of Health.  The current issue features an article providing guidance for determining whether an application is considered an acceptable new proposal or an unacceptable A2 resubmission. It also includes articles on shorter grant applications, the new scoring system, and the expectation for grantees to serve on study sections.
