NIH Grants Impacted by FY 2008 Budget The National Institutes of Health (NIH) announced last week how award funding will be impacted by the FY 2008 budget. The new budget allocates $29.2 billion for NIH spending under the Labor-HHS bill, with smaller amounts from other sources to total $29.3 billion overall.
