NIH Extramural Financial Operations Web Site: Fiscal Administration Policy
The National Institutes of Health (NIH) has compiled information on FY2007 fiscal policy and implementation into a single Web site. The site describes NIH-wide policies and includes links to the financial policy pages for individual Institutes and Centers. The central location of information allows quick and easy access to important financial information for most grants.

The Web site outlines the funding policy for non-competing awards under the revised continuing resolution. Those non-competing grants that were previously funded at 80 percent under the short-term CR will now be funded to 97.1 percent of the promised amount. Competing awards will also be funded at less-than-proposed levels in most cases.
